The Terms of Ravenbreath
Ravenbreath is a creative world, lore archive, and developing RPG project owned and operated by Cog Machina, LLC. By using this site, visitors agree to treat the work, systems, accounts, and community features with basic respect, reasonable care, and a healthy fear of consequences.
This page explains the general terms for using Ravenbreath, including ownership of content, acceptable use, account responsibility, disclaimers, and how changes to the site or these terms may be handled. It is not meant to be dramatic. The ravens insisted anyway.

Ownership of the Work
Ravenbreath, its original lore, characters, factions, places, species, stories, items, artwork direction, written content, design systems, names, concepts, and presentation are owned by Cog Machina, LLC unless otherwise stated. Portions of the Ravenbreath creative work, including character materials, are registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. The site may be viewed, explored, and enjoyed, but access does not grant ownership, license, or permission to reuse the material.
Visitors may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, redistribute, adapt, train systems on, or commercially exploit Ravenbreath content without written permission. Sharing links to public pages is welcome. Pretending the archive is yours because you found it in the wild is less welcome and may summon paperwork.
Some tools, libraries, fonts, services, or third-party components may be used to operate the site and remain owned by their respective owners. Ravenbreath does not claim ownership over third-party material that may be referenced, embedded, licensed, or used under separate terms.

Cog Machina, LLC may restrict, suspend, remove, or block access when necessary to protect the site, its systems, its content, its users, or its own legal rights. The goal is not to be heavy-handed. The goal is to keep the archive from catching fire because someone brought a torch into the paper room.

Some roads are still under construction. Some roads are pretending not to be traps.
Cog Machina, LLC does not guarantee that Ravenbreath will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, complete, or suitable for every visitor’s particular purpose. The site may be updated, revised, restricted, redesigned, moved, paused, or discontinued in whole or in part.
